The Louis Alan Highsmith Foundation was established in loving memory of Louis "Louie" Alan Highsmith. Louie's life touched many, and his loss left a lasting impact on those who loved him.
We created this foundation because we know too many Black men struggle in silence. Too many face mental health challenges without support, educational barriers without opportunity, and personal battles without a safe place to tum.
Louie's story inspires us to create change. His legacy drives us to provide hope, healing, education, and opportunity for others.
Our why is simple: To ensure that Black men have access to the support, resources, education, and encouragement they need to heal, grow, and thrive.
